Internal tensions, contradictory visions of the future and a dynamic market environment made it almost impossible to develop a joint innovation and AI agenda. The urgency was high — but there was no room to create orientation, clarity and collective action.

    This resulted in a shared AI vision, which served as a strategic framework for organizational readiness.
  4. AI Joint Business Plan — From Vision to Implementation: The final step was an AI Joint Business Plan --> A lively strategy and implementation document with clear responsibilities, measurable goals and prioritized initiatives.
